Global Alternative Funds – GAF 26 2024 Trust.

This Trust (GAF 26 2024 Trust) will provide access for Wholesale and Qualified Purchaser Investors into the Limited Partnership Interests of Thoma Bravo Credit Fund III, L.P.

Thoma Bravo Credit is the credit investment arm of Thoma Bravo, with a dedicated investment team that further benefits from leveraging the broader firm’s expertise.  The first Thoma Bravo fund to focus on credit investments in the software market was launched in 2017. Since then, Thoma Bravo Credit has made 90 investments, equating to more than $7bn capital invested.
