This Trust (GAF TC II 2022 Trust) will provide access for Wholesale Investors into the Limited Partnership Interests of Thoma Bravo Credit Fund II, L.P.

Thoma Bravo has one of the longest and most successful histories of private equity investing in the United States, dating back to its predecessor firm founded in 1980. Since 2007, the firm has focused on investments in the software sector and is now well established as a leader in this market. In 2017, the first Thoma Bravo fund to focus on credit investments in the software market, Credit Fund I, was launched.

Thoma Bravo has offices in Chicago, IL and San Francisco, CA. It employs approximately 80 people and also makes use of the services of more than 25 operating partners and operating advisors. The Thoma Bravo platform now has over $73bn in AUM across Private Equity and Private Credit (as of 30 September 2020).
