This Trust (GAF ACS 2021 Trust) will provide access for Wholesale Investors into the Limited Partnership Interests of Bain Capital Special Situations Asia II, L.P. 

Bain Capital Special Situations Asia II, L.P. ("SSA II" or the "Fund"), will be Bain Capital's second dedicated Asian special situations fund which will focus on distressed and special situations opportunities throughout Asia.
